The short version
- You must be 18 or older and keep your account secure.
- Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Not happy in the first 30 days? We'll refund you in full.
- If you cancel, your links keep redirecting for at least 60 days so nothing breaks while you move.
- No spam, phishing, malware, illegal content or tricking people with your links. We'll shut those down.
- Your links and data are yours. We use them only to run the service for you.
This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what apply.
1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NAMS, Inc. ("NAMS", "we", "us"), the company that runs Simple Click Tracker Pro ("SCT Pro" or the "Service"). The Service includes this website, the app at app.simpleclicktracker.com, our API and MCP connection, the tracked links we serve, our conversion tracking script and the SCT Connect WordPress plugin.
By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using SCT Pro for a business, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so. In that case "you" means the business. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Section 18 includes an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved. Please read it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address current, since that's where we send important notices.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including activity by team members and API keys you create. Keep your password and keys private, and tell us right away at support@simpleclicktracker.com if you think someone has gotten in.
- One person or business per account. Don't share sign-ins. Use the team feature instead if your plan includes it.
3. Plans and billing
- Plans and limits. Each plan includes the features and limits (such as the number of links and custom domains) shown on our pricing section when you buy. Every plan includes unlimited clicks, subject to the fair-use rules in section 6.
- Checkout platforms. We sell through third-party checkout platforms, such as WarriorPlus, Stripe or Systeme.io. They process your payment under their own terms and send us the details we need to set up your account. We never see your full card number.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
- Price changes. If we raise the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails and isn't fixed, your account moves to a limited free level (see section 5).
- Taxes. Prices don't include sales tax, VAT or similar taxes unless stated. You're responsible for any that apply.
- Upgrades and downgrades. You can change plans at any time. If you move to a plan with lower limits, you keep your existing links and domains, but you won't be able to add more until you're under the new limits.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with SCT Pro, contact us within 30 days of your first purchase of a plan, and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions asked. Email support@simpleclicktracker.com, or request the refund through the checkout platform you bought from.
After the first 30 days, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unless the law requires otherwise. The guarantee applies once per customer, and it doesn't apply to accounts closed for breaking these Terms. A refund or payment dispute ends the plan it covers.
5. Canceling
You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or through the checkout platform you bought from. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Your links don't break when you leave. After a paid plan ends, your existing links keep redirecting for at least 60 days, so your audience never hits a dead link while you decide what to do. During that time, access to your dashboard may be limited until you resubscribe. After 60 days we may stop serving the links and, after notifying you, delete the account and its data. To delete your data sooner, email us and ask (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable use
You may use SCT Pro only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to create, send or point links to:
- spam, including links in unsolicited bulk email, texts or messages, or anything that violates anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM;
- phishing, malware, viruses, scams, fake login pages or any attempt to steal credentials, money or personal information;
- content that's illegal or that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses or threatens people;
- material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- deceptive redirects, such as hiding a harmful destination behind a trustworthy-looking link, or showing different content to reviewers than to visitors in order to get around an ad network's or platform's rules;
- anything that violates the rules of the ad networks, email providers, affiliate programs or platforms where you share your links.
You also may not:
- generate fake clicks or conversions, or use the Service for click fraud;
- overload or disrupt the Service, probe or test it for weaknesses without our written permission, or get around plan limits or security measures;
- scrape the Service, or access it by automated means other than our API or MCP connection;
- resell, rent or share the Service with others, unless you're on a reseller plan that allows it;
- copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service.
Fair use. "Unlimited clicks" covers genuine traffic from real people at any normal volume. If an account's traffic threatens the stability of the Service for others (for example from a traffic attack), we may limit it and will work with you to resolve it.
We may remove links, disable domains, or suspend accounts that break these rules, as described in section 14. To report abuse, email support@simpleclicktracker.com with the link in question.
7. Your content and data
You own your content: your links, destination URLs, social-preview text and images, domains and settings, plus the click and conversion data collected for your links ("Your Content").
You give us permission to host, store, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you. That includes showing your social-preview titles and images to the websites and apps where your links are shared. This permission ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies in routine backups, which are overwritten over time.
You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload or link to. You can export your links from the app at any time. Please keep your own records too. We take reasonable care with your data, but we're not a backup service.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
8. Your responsibilities to visitors
When you share tracked links, or add our conversion script or pixel to your pages, the Service collects information about the people who visit, as described in our Privacy Policy. You control that tracking, so you're responsible for:
- having a privacy policy on your own site that discloses link tracking and conversion tracking;
- getting any consent the law requires before tracking visitors or setting cookies on their devices, for example from visitors in the EU or UK;
- answering visitors' privacy requests about data collected through your links. We'll help where we reasonably can.
For click data collected through your links, you're the business responsible for it, and we process it on your behalf according to your instructions as expressed through your use of the Service. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.
9. Custom domains
When you connect a domain you own, you confirm you have the right to use it and you let us issue and renew HTTPS certificates for it. You're responsible for its DNS settings and for keeping your domain registration current. We may check connected domains against security blocklists and refuse or disable a domain that's flagged for abuse or that breaks these Terms.
10. API, AI assistants and integrations
If your plan includes API or MCP access, you may use it to manage your own account. Keep your API keys secret. Anything done with a key counts as done by you, including actions an AI assistant takes when you've connected it with your key. Please review what you allow an assistant to do. We may set reasonable rate limits.
Integrations with other services (such as checkout platforms, WordPress or tools you import from) depend on those services, which we don't control. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
11. Teams and resellers
If you invite team members, you decide what they can access and you're responsible for what they do. If you're on a reseller or white-label plan, you're responsible for your own customers. That includes making sure they agree to terms at least as protective of us as these, providing their support, and handling their billing. If your SCT Pro account was provided by a reseller, that reseller may be able to see and manage it.
12. Our software
The Service, including its software, design, documentation and the Simple Click Tracker Pro name and logo, belongs to NAMS, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. While you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes. The SCT Connect WordPress plugin may only be used on sites connected to an active SCT Pro account.
13. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service running and links redirecting around the clock, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Maintenance, outages at our providers, internet problems and events beyond our control can happen. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove a major feature of your paid plan, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel and receive a prorated refund for any prepaid time you haven't used.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, or disable specific links or domains, if you break these Terms, don't pay, create a risk to the Service or others, or if the law requires it. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. For serious abuse such as phishing, malware or spam, we may act immediately without notice. If we close your account for breaking these Terms, we don't have to refund fees you've paid.
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections 7 (feedback), 8, and 12 through 21 continue to apply after your account ends.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that click, location, bot-filtering or conversion figures will be perfectly accurate.
Tracking depends on things outside our control, such as browser privacy settings, ad blockers and cookie rules, so reports are estimates. We don't guarantee any particular earnings, sales or results from using SCT Pro.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither NAMS, Inc. nor its officers, employees or suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the six (6) months before the event that led to the claim.
Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
17. Indemnification
If someone makes a claim against us because of Your Content, the way you use your links, or your breach of these Terms or the law, you agree to defend and compensate us for the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs. We'll tell you about the claim promptly and let you control its defense, but we can choose to take part with our own lawyer.
18. Disputes
Talk to us first. Most problems can be solved quickly by emailing support@simpleclicktracker.com. Before starting a formal claim, you and we each agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator. Hearings can be held by video or phone, or in McMinn County, Tennessee. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either of us may go to court to protect intellectual property rights or to enforce an arbitration award.
No class actions. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis, not as a class, collective or representative action, and no arbitration may be combined with another without everyone's consent.
Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, account email and a clear statement that you're opting out.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceedings allowed under this section will be brought in the state or federal courts serving McMinn County, Tennessee, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods doesn't apply.
19. Copyright complaints
If you believe a link created with SCT Pro points to or shows material that infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@simpleclicktracker.com or by mail to the address below. Include:
- your contact details;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the SCT Pro link involved;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We'll respond to valid notices, and we may disable the link and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
20. General terms
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll email account holders or post a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel.
- Notices. We'll send notices to the email address on your account. Send notices to us at the contact details below.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any plan details you accept at checkout are the whole agreement between us about the Service. They replace any earlier agreements about it.
- Severability and waiver. If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right right away doesn't mean we've given it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
- Events beyond our control. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages at our providers, cyberattacks, natural disasters or government action. This doesn't excuse payment obligations.
- Export and sanctions. You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
- Relationship. We're independent contractors. These Terms don't create a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
